However, you must understand that we can’t bear a loss either; so refund or exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in an UNUSED condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Any damages due to neglect, improper handling or application/usage will not be covered by our refund and exchange Policy.
Features of Refund and Exchange Policy
If you choose to exchange the item for reasons of mismatch of size/colour or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.
Exchange of Sizes/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by TheStore.pk’s team.
Although, we try to exchange and refund almost all the products, but we do not exchange and refund some of the products which include undergarments, shape wear products, wrist-watches, mobile phones and other electronic items.
Some of the electronic items on our site have the manufacturer warranty, for which vendor/manufacturer is responsible, not us.
